Mediterranean Diet

The typical food of the population located in the Mediterranean Basin, as Italy, Greec, Spain and Francia, is rich in Pasta, Rice, bread, vegetable, legums, fruit , Olive Oil and other minor ingredient originally from Mediterranean area. This traditional dietary patterns has inspired a nutritional model called Mediterranean diet.

Mediterranean diet is rich in monounsaturated acid that are present in the Olive Oil, Antioxidant that are in vegetable and fruit and fiber that are present in pasta, bread.
