Spaghetti BELLA CAMILLA

Ingredients: serves 4 persons

  • 350g spaghetti
  • 300 gr Tomatoes
  • n. 2 Eggplant
  • n. 1 Onion
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Bella Camilla
  • small spoon salt

Preparation: easy 40 minutes

  1. Wash , dry and slices the eggplant about 1 cm thick.
  2. Grill the eggplant slices on both side and chop then in small pieces.
  3. Peel tomatoes and chop in small pieces.
  4. Chop onion finely.
  5. In a frying pan add 4 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil with onion. Cook for 2 minutes then added chopped eggplant , salt and tomato, cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Cook Spaghetti in salted boiling water , drain and then mix with sauce in the pan and stir with a wooden spoon with low fire for 2 minutes.
  7. Now spaghetti Bella Camilla is ready to serve. Add some drops of Bella Camilla extra virgin olive oil for flavoring.

FARFALLE CON SALMONE FRESCO

Ingredients: serves 3 persons

  • 250g Butterfly pasta
  • 150 gr fresh salmon fillet skinned and cubed
  • 150 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic gloves
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Bella Camilla
  • 30 gr parsley
  • small spoon salt

Preparation: easy 20 min

  1. Wash and clean salmon. Cut in small cubes.
  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and chop garlic finely.
  3. In a frying pan add 3 tablespoon of extra virgin Bella Camilla with chopped garlic and cook for two minutes, then added tomatoes, salt , and cook and stir for 3 minute. Then added the salmon cubes and parsley and cook for 4 minute until salmon become white.
  4. Cook Butterfly pasta in salted boiling water , drain and then mix with sauce in the pan and stir with a wooden spoon with low fire for 2 minutes. Added salt and freshly ground black pepper.
    Butterfly is ready for serving.
